TL;DR

To withdraw your tMAST to an external ERC20 wallet (we recommend MetaMask):

1) Go to your Wallet tab

2) Make sure your station has the minimum 10 tMAST bond

3) Click Withdraw to External Wallet

4) Enter your wallet address

5) Enter the amount (or click Max)

6) Click Confirm

Before You Start

✅ You Must Meet the Minimum Bond

To enable withdrawals, your station must hold at least 10 tMAST.

If you have not reached the minimum bond:

• You will still earn rewards
• But you cannot withdraw them yet
• Withdrawals remain locked until 10 tMAST is reached

Once your balance reaches 10 tMAST:

• Withdrawals automatically become available

No additional action is required

Step 1 — Go to the Wallet Tab

• Log in to your Mastchain dashboard
• Click Wallet in the left-hand menu
• You will see your Available Balance

Step 2 — Confirm You Meet the Bond Requirement

Under Financial Overview, ensure:

• Your station bond shows 10/10 tMAST
• Your withdrawals are enabled

If the bond is not met, withdrawals will remain disabled.

Step 3 — Click “Withdraw to External Wallet”

Once enabled:

• Click Withdraw to External Wallet
• A pop-up window will appear

Step 4 — Enter Your Wallet Address

In the pop-up:

• Paste your ERC20 wallet address
• We recommend using MetaMask
• Double-check the address before continuing

⚠️ Transactions cannot be reversed.

Step 5 — Enter Withdrawal Amount

You can:

• Type the amount manually
• Or click Max to withdraw the maximum available amount

The system will display:

• Your maximum withdrawable amount
• The fixed withdrawal fee

Step 6 — Click Confirm

• Click Confirm
• Your withdrawal will be processed manually
• A fixed withdrawal fee will be applied

In your transaction history, the withdrawl will be recorded.

Why can’t I withdraw yet?

Your station has not reached the 10 tMAST minimum bond

Do I lose my bond when I withdraw?

No. The bond is not a fee. It simply must remain at or above the minimum while you want withdrawals enabled

Can I use earned rewards to reach the bond?

Yes. Once your balance reaches 10 tMAST, withdrawals unlock automatically
